Responsibility
- develop innovative packaging designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional
- ensure that designs meet sustainability guidelines and objectives
- use CAD software to draft technical design specifications
- coordinate with suppliers
- test prototypes
- maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends, consumer preferences, and competitor packaging
- create and maintain design documentation, including concept sketches, mockups, and technical files
Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in Design, Packaging Engineering, or a related field
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in packaging design, preferably in the CPG or D2C ecommerce sectors
- proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and CAD software
- strong portfolio showcasing innovative packaging designs
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail and project management skills
- solid understanding of the end-to-end supply chain, from sourcing materials to production and distribution
