- responding promptly and courteously to customer breakdowns and site visits

- representing the company within the field, acting accordingly to the high standards set
- service and/or repair of pumps, booster sets, PU’s, fans and rotating equipment to good engineering standards
- carrying out PPM’s to pumps, sump pumps and other rotating equipment
- feedback of materials required for works to be completed to the Service Centre Engineering Manager
