Responsibility
- processing purchase invoices and statements
- producing payment reports, remittance advices and bank dispersals, nominal payments, petty cash, and credit card procedures
- sales ledger invoicing, allocating S/L payments, debt chasing, cash flow forecast, and bank reconciliation
- month-end procedures - producing and inputting journals and accruals
- trial balance reports - analysing, investigating, and correcting
- assisting with various customer and supplier related tasks
