following company policies to ensure the smooth running of daily company operations
be the first point of contact for inbound queries from customers collaborators and external stakeholders through multiple media channels
facilitation of key business meetings from calendar invites to travel, document preparation and minute taking
to design, coordinate and ensure appropriate flow of office procedures in compliance with company policies, support company staff on common office duties and be the first point of contact of the business to external stakeholders and customers
Requirements
candidate must have previous demonstratable experience within an Administrator role
able and willing to rapidly acquire new software, and computational skills
proficient in Office365 and good general computer/IT skills
experienced in dealing with business to business interactions including face-to-face and over the phone/Teams/Zoom
experience in record keeping systems, both paper-based and computerised, with the ability to update these accordingly
excellent verbal and written communication, conveying information clearly, in appropriate formats and effectively at the appropriate level for diverse audiences
an understanding of commercial considerations and intellectual property sensitivity
outstanding organisational and time-keeping skills, with the ability to manage own workload, prioritise, problem solve, and handle multiple tasks
