  • conveyancing solicitor

Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • running own case load of, but not limited to, residential sales/purchases/new builds/transfer of equity; and leasehold
  • running files from inception through to completion
  • manage all aspects of the client relationship for each allocated case
  • provide support, training and supervision to other colleagues within the team
  • required to get involved in the wider aspects of the firm including business development and marketing for the Department

Requirements

  • experienced in conveyancing at a fee earning level for several years
  • able to operate independently
  • be familiar with the Help to Buy Scheme
  • experience of using the Proclaim Conveyancing Case Management System would be an advantage, as would experience of commercial conveyancing
