Responsibility

running own case load of, but not limited to, residential sales/purchases/new builds/transfer of equity; and leasehold
running files from inception through to completion
manage all aspects of the client relationship for each allocated case

required to get involved in the wider aspects of the firm including business development and marketing for the Department

Requirements

experienced in conveyancing at a fee earning level for several years
able to operate independently
be familiar with the Help to Buy Scheme

experience of using the Proclaim Conveyancing Case Management System would be an advantage, as would experience of commercial conveyancing
