Responsibility

  • prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
  • ensure that all drinks are served in a timely manner and in accordance with health and safety regulations
  • maintain a clean and orderly bar area
  • interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • be experienced and keep u-to-date on the latest drink recipes and trends

Requirements

  • the successful candidate must be experienced working behind a busy bar
  • experience of mixing cocktails is advantageous but not essential
