- to help co-ordinate the allocation of referrals and delivery of assessments by the multi-disciplinary team
- 27. To uphold the Purple House Clinic mission statement and values
- 29. To maintain high levels of customer service and to actively promote this within the staff team
- 30. To assist in the planning and development of new service provisions, including liaison and networking with partner organisations
- to provide clinical advice around the management of ASD and/or ADHD to individuals, families and groups
- to utilise theory, evidence-based literature and research to support evidence based practice
- 31. To assist in policy development as required
Requirements
- § High-level knowledge relating to ASD and/or ADHD
- § Formal training in the delivery of ASD and/or ADHD assessments
- § A strong desire to enhance the lives of clients who are neurodiversity, motivated by compassion, understanding and empathy
- § Experience of service development responsibilities, for example, triage and waiting list management
- § The ability to communicate complex information effectively, both orally and in writing
- § Ability and willingness to engage in independent and lone working
- § A desire to embrace practice within the private sector and, within this context, provide high quality and client-focused services
- § Insight into own history and psychological functioning and ability to reflect on the interaction of this with clients and with professional colleagues
