customer service coordinator

Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • reporting and Logging Customer Service Issues
  • answers client and customer questions, Addresses and resolves any issues and complaints
  • liaising with Suppliers on Parts required to complete Job
  • liaising accurate job details to service engineer ensuring they have everything needed to ensure our customers get the best service possible
  • raising Quotations and invoicing accordingly
  • scheduling Jobs for the coming weeks for Service Engineers
  • reports problems and unresolved issues to manager or director
  • presents reports to company director or manager

Requirements

  • possesses detailed knowledge of company goals, products, and services
  • exhibits strong organizational skills
  • exhibits ability to think creatively and analytically
  • demonstrates strong leadership skills
  • is capable of remaining patient and calm when dealing with frustrated customers or clients

Education

  • service coordinators hold at minimum 5 GCSE's pass. Coordinators are also expected to have previous work experience in customer service or client relations, specifically in their field
