- PSK Metonym Systems Ltd is looking for qualified candidates to join our team as software test engineer and this role is permanent reporting to the QA Manager
- this is a new role within the company and you will be involved in the quality assurance stage of software development and deployment
- as a software test engineer you might work on bespoke and individual projects and expected to perform a variety of tests, such as regression, functional, integration and compatibility testing to confirm the stability of software systems and communicate with clients and stakeholders, present demos and answer questions at the end of a sprint
- review functional and business requirement specifications
Requirements
- highly organised with excellent time management skills
- this role would suit an individual with exceptional organisational and personal skills from a general IT background
- strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- familiarity with test management tools
- excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
