maintaining knowledge of competitors to strategically position our products and services better
provide first class service and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times whilst keeping the customer/supplier fully informed
technical support – supporting internal and external customers with any technical, industry and product queries
supporting with updated costs and alternatives, ensuring customer order books are maintained and accurate
to provide pricing, lead-times and any relevant information related to new enquiries including Tenders and RFPs/RFQs
ensure information is given within the customer’s timeframe and that all sourcing options are explored thoroughly
to oversee the enhancement of the overall customer experience by ensuring the team provide accurate and quick responses to enquiries. To build trust and confidence in the service offering
assist the Purchasing & Product Development Manager in maintaining objective data
Requirements
