Responsibility

  • the role of sales support administrator has become available due to the recent organic growth of our Mortgage Broker sales team
  • some Mortgage administration experience would be beneficial but not essential. On the job training will be provided
  • we are looking for a dynamic, organised and friendly person to join our back office team supporting a busy team of Mortgage and Protection Brokers
  • the role involves supporting a number of brokers by liaising with lenders, Solicitors and clients. You will be expected to answer incoming telephone calls and provide administrative support to up to three Mortgage Brokers
  • the role would suit someone looking to take their first step into financial services or who has some previous experience, someone who is keen to learn and is capable of delivering outstanding customer service in a busy and vibrant organisation
