Responsibility
- collaborate with the Marketing Managers ensuring campaign messages and initiatives support the brand strategy
- working in conjunction with the HR Director and HR colleagues, manage internal engagement campaigns and initiatives
- identify opportunities for collaboration and sponsorship that will enhance the brand
- build a content calendar outlining activity, ensuring buy-in from all stakeholders and effective communication to employees
- manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of integrated brand campaigns, on time and within budget
- engage specialist communication agency assistance where appropriate, ensuring performance is monitored and evaluated effectively
- work with key internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for brand promotion and engagement
- gain feedback from the broader colleague network to establish effectiveness and buy-in
