Responsibility

  • pre-qualify inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • analyse, understand and qualify inbound enquiries generated through marketing campaigns over the phone or through online chat
  • drive sales growth and pipeline through setting up qualified discovery and demonstration calls
  • demonstrate Stream to new prospects using video screen sharing and on occasion, face-to-face
  • identify and assess the needs and challenges of the prospective company and determine the prospects interest in Stream
  • manage, track and report on all activities and results using our CRM system
  • use multiple outbound sales techniques via telephone, email, social media, live chat, video and trade shows to prospect, build and nurture a network of business contacts and accounts
  • attend sales meetings and/or training and maintain open communications with team members to maintain current understanding of Stream
