Responsibility
- develop and maintain relationships at all levels within client accounts
- facilitate internal stakeholders to work towards performance targets
- ensure service is delivered on a client-by-client basis, meeting agreed SLA’s
- ensure all data required for performance reporting, KPI reporting, identifying growth opportunities is captured
- work closely with a range of departments within Providor including the Finance and Field Operations team
- take ownership of services provided to clients and contribute to the day to day running of the accounts
