Responsibility

  • we have an exciting opportunity to join the Prototype Electronics team as an Office Administrator
  • you will be responsible for providing day-to-day administration support to the HR department
  • this will include organising all of the filing, recording all employee holiday and, collating and recording all weekly staff hours including any overtime forms
  • support with the recruitment process from placing adverts, sending references, through to employee onboarding
  • support with new staff induction
  • process all new starter paperwork
  • assist with minute taking for informal and formal meetings
  • collate all staff hours weekly and collate, chase and organise overtime forms where necessary
