Responsibility
- to ensure all company health & safety and environmental policies and standards are adhered to at all times
- to carry out servicing, inspection, maintenance and diagnostics of Marine products to the highest standard
- to be quality driven and ensure all relevant documentation is completed correctly and in a timely manner
- to work in accordance with current quality procedures and advise any errors or variances to the After Sales Support Manager
- to ensure the scope and timing of assigned tasks are understood, completed as per requirements and in accordance with relevant working procedures
Requirements
- ability to communicate effectively with customers, in writing, on the phone and in person
- be aware of time pressures, while ensuring that the appropriate levels of quality and documentation are delivered
- time served within the pleasure marine sector and or NVQ 3 level or above in the relevant Marine engineering qualification
