  • we build Award-Winning security software to keep our customers safe online and our products help protect millions of people worldwide
  • processing electronic and paper enquiries that have been received about services purchased through our multiple brands
  • help improve communication between our customer support teams, gather and measure customer satisfaction, and share feedback with internal managers
  • use the CRM system to handle customer issues, assess and resolve them as per our agreed standards, and keep records
  • keeping accurate records of all enquiries
  • the Customer Support Administrators' focus is to help monitor and improve customer support for our products and services. The role is initially offered on a 12-month fixed term contract
  • help our development team with testing to quality control updates to our customer-facing website and internal system tools
  • assist head office management to ensure support teams are reaching set SLA and KPI targets
