  • attend domestic and small commercial premises to complete onsite appointments for planned and corrective maintenance
  • provision of excellent customer service to meet the expectations and requirements of all customers
  • guide customers on how to use our systems and provide recommendations and quotes where new products may be more suitable
  • adhere to health & safety guidelines
  • achieve and exceed work performance targets and adhere to all regulations
  • other duties may be undertaken as and when required, in particular when new business is gained
  • completion of job dockets/paperwork following every customer visit – advising of any follow-on parts and/or visits to correct any faults or deficiencies identified onsite
