- your time will be split between one of our clients based close to Windsor along with remote working for the remainder of the week
- the applicate will be assisting in providing break-fix and pro-active maintenance to our client's infrastructures using a variety of remote tools
Requirements
- general workings of computer components
- providing support for laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile devices, and printer connections, maintenance and setup
- managing user accounts and carrying out Outlook migrations
- installing and configuring new PCs, including data migration
- PC disk clean-ups and Malware/virus removals
- assist with maintaining online document management system and provide IT support in regards to in-house system
- experience of working in busy technology support environments
- experience of building knowledge rapidly around new technical areas and applying this knowledge practically
