Responsibility
- oversee the day-to-day operations of a Supported Living Service
- ensure the delivery of high-quality care to clients
- develop and implement care plans for clients
- supervise and train care staff
- conduct assessments and reassessments of client needs
- coordinate with healthcare professionals and family members to provide comprehensive care
- monitor medication administration and ensure compliance with regulations
- maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements
- knowledge of medication administration and care practices
- strong leadership and management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards
- must be a CQC Registered Manager with a proven track record of achieving several GOOD ratings or above with relevant experience in Supported Living for young adults aged 18-65 with a diagnosis of LD or MH
