  • existing paralegal, law degree, completion of or working towards their LPC, or equivalent work experience
  • experience or knowledge of wills, lasting powers of attorney, probate and trusts
  • ability to assist the progression of a caseload of primarily commercial matters
  • ability to understand and discuss legal and regulatory compliance issues
  • work both independently and as part of a team
  • paralegal: 1 year

Responsibility

  • the ideal candidate will have experience or knowledge of private client matters and they will also be required to support the department with business development with any proposals for new business that may be needed together with attendance at networking events, conferences or seminars
  • ensure confidentiality is always maintained
