Responsibility
- the successful candidate will need to demonstrate professionalism and be comfortable dealing with clients, introducers, lenders and providers
- the ideal Candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role and be confident on the telephone
- send compliance paperwork to clients
- booking appointments with clients for the Mortgage Adviser
- calling and emailing solicitors for case updates
- I am a Senior Mortgage & Protection adviser looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to work on a one to one basis to enhance my mortgage and protection business
- liaise with Lenders, Insurance Companies, Solicitors and Clients ensuring all requirements are met and ensure all communications are logged on CRM
- manage pipeline cases effectively and timely within agreed parameters
