Requirements
- communication skills – You can communicate with stakeholders internally and externally at all levels to build trust-based relationships
- proven reconciliations exposure
- proven experience obtaining outstanding cash, with a passion to proactively chase clients for outstanding amounts

- previous experience supervising or managing more junior Finance individuals is ideal for this role

- prioritisation skills – The ability to prioritise and manage timelines and deadlines and to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- 5+ years in a core Credit Control role, with proven cash collection experience
Responsibility
- ensuring client records are maintained and that credit notes and unallocated cash receipts are kept to a minimum
- advising management of any risk exposure and potential bad debt
- updating Platform call charges amendments as required
- billing clients in line with previously outlined terms of business across varying payment dates
