Responsibility
- support Managers with all Employee Relation issues, both informally and formally including disciplinary where necessary
- maintain company handbook, updating in line with legislative changes, ensuring communication of the changes
- train and coach managers in how to deal with complex HR issues
- drive appraisal process, developing and supporting with training needs that arise
- advise on performance management
- support managers with probationary process
- maintain office training log and support with Production training
- schedule appropriate on-site and off-site training
