Responsibility
- manage inbound and outbound calls and emails to tenants, contractors and third parties
- organise maintenance repairs, liaising with tenants, and oversee contractors
- oversee property adverts including proactive marketing

- negotiate offers and agreeing new tenancies, tenancy management and tenant change over
- identify opportunities to generate new business, this could be done by networking on social media or other channels
- keep on top and maintain general office administration and duties. Emails, lettings and filing
- manage the Utilities and bills of rental properties
- ensure compliance with company and external policies
- adhere to all lettings legislation and all safety compliance requirements at all times and keep up to date with industry news and legislations
- as part of a small team, you will also be involved in other areas of the business as required, and whilst the role is office based, you will regularly visit properties to look at maintenance issues as well as attend site meetings tenants, contractors etc
Requirements
- current Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
- responding to viewing requests/enquiries to give potential tenants the best possible service, and to increase the chance of successful lets
- for any emergencies or important maintenance queries
