Responsibility

  • manage inbound and outbound calls and emails to tenants, contractors and third parties
  • organise maintenance repairs, liaising with tenants, and oversee contractors
  • oversee property adverts including proactive marketing
  • conducting viewings and carrying out inspections
  • negotiate offers and agreeing new tenancies, tenancy management and tenant change over
  • identify opportunities to generate new business, this could be done by networking on social media or other channels
  • keep on top and maintain general office administration and duties. Emails, lettings and filing
  • manage the Utilities and bills of rental properties

Requirements

  • current Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
  • responding to viewing requests/enquiries to give potential tenants the best possible service, and to increase the chance of successful lets
  • for any emergencies or important maintenance queries
