Requirements
hardworking and conscientious
self-motivated and disciplined / close attention to detail
property-related degree a bonus but not essential
accustomed to and thrives within high-pressure environments
problem-solving skills, good at handling objections and a keen eye for detail
empathetic to complex and often highly personal situations
A proven and highly successful sales background, preferably in estate agency, professional home buying / auctions . It’s desirable to have 2 years experience but not essential
excellent time management skills and ‘can do’ attitude
