Requirements

• hardworking and conscientious
• self-motivated and disciplined / close attention to detail
• property-related degree a bonus but not essential

• problem-solving skills, good at handling objections and a keen eye for detail
• empathetic to complex and often highly personal situations
• A proven and highly successful sales background, preferably in estate agency, professional home buying / auctions . It’s desirable to have 2 years experience but not essential
• excellent time management skills and ‘can do’ attitude
• experience in residential / commercial property valuations preferable
• knowledge of key property investment principles
