- being the first port of call for clients querying our services and building a good rapport
- dealing with leads in a timely manner
- negotiating and developing ‘win-win’ sales outcomes
- conducting online property valuations and liaising with office management
- liaising with existing key partners as well as developing new strategic partnerships to help develop the business
- regularly exceeding pre-set targets on sale completions
- being a brand ambassador and representative of the company across the sales funnel and beyond
- ensuring quick callbacks; helping clients choose the best route to ensure a quick sale of their property
Requirements
- hardworking and conscientious
- self-motivated and disciplined / close attention to detail
- property-related degree a bonus but not essential
- accustomed to and thrives within high-pressure environments
- problem-solving skills, good at handling objections and a keen eye for detail
- empathetic to complex and often highly personal situations
- A proven and highly successful sales background, preferably in estate agency, professional home buying / auctions . It’s desirable to have 2 years experience but not essential
- excellent time management skills and ‘can do’ attitude
