dealing with leads in a timely manner

conducting online property valuations and liaising with office management
liaising with existing key partners as well as developing new strategic partnerships to help develop the business
regularly exceeding pre-set targets on sale completions
being a brand ambassador and representative of the company across the sales funnel and beyond
ensuring quick callbacks; helping clients choose the best route to ensure a quick sale of their property
Requirements
hardworking and conscientious
self-motivated and disciplined / close attention to detail
property-related degree a bonus but not essential
accustomed to and thrives within high-pressure environments
problem-solving skills, good at handling objections and a keen eye for detail
empathetic to complex and often highly personal situations
A proven and highly successful sales background, preferably in estate agency, professional home buying / auctions . It’s desirable to have 2 years experience but not essential
excellent time management skills and ‘can do’ attitude
