  • liaising with property agents and ensuring requests are dealt with promptly
  • providing a tailored quotation
  • booking in contractors to visit properties for free visit quotation or carrying out maintenance works
  • stay up-to-date on new products, services, and policies
  • following up quotations with the customers
  • collect and report customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognised and maintained
