Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • as well as evenings/weekends with hours alternating between 9am-5pm or 1pm-9pm, this part of a rotation schedule with other office staff
  • the candidate will be entitled to 28 days paid holiday per year, along with the option of joining the pension scheme
  • the candidate will need to have an excellent telephone manner and the ability to manage calls
  • as the initial point of contact, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive a high level of service. Every day, you'll work as part of a team of specialists to provide the greatest possible experience
  • the successful candidate will need to be able to work 5 days a week, one day which may fall on a weekend, from 9am to 5pm
  • general receptionist duties – taking/making calls, taking payments and filing
  • inputting supplier purchases and making payments
  • monitor employee vehicles
