Working hours

  • part-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • responsible for the running of the accounts function including sales ledger, purchase ledger and payroll
  • quarterly invoicing of tenants and credit control
  • preparation and submission of quarterly VAT returns
  • monthly cashflow forecasting and updating of actuals
  • preparation of management reports and forecasts on an ad hoc basis
  • exporting of TB into year end accounts format and preparation/analysis of schedules for external accountants

Requirements

  • experience is essential - Qualified, Part Qualified or Qualified by experience
  • proficiency in using all aspects of Sage 50 accounts package
  • excellent analytical skills, with an attention to detail
  • good interpersonal skills
  • A self-motivated individual, able to organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
