Responsibility

  • workshop Manager
  • we are looking for a hands-on workshop manager to look after the day to day running of a busy workshop
  • the candidate will be expected to attend site surveys when required, and coordinate delivery and installs of various formats
  • the candidate will have very excellent practical skills and an eye for detail, ideally in the carpentry or metal fabrication fields
  • the ability to read technical drawings, problem solve and manage Health and safety is essential
  • salary 40k plus bonus including a company van and Bonus
  • masters specialise in the build and maintenance of bespoke promotional vehicles, trailers and pods. We fabricate steel, aluminium, and other materials on site as well as running a carpentry shop, CNC machines and an operations department
  • ability to work well under pressure with strong time management skills
