Requirements

  • minimum 1 year of experience in a Residential Children's Care Setting
  • full UK Driving Licence
  • undertake all necessary onboarding checks, including a DBS
  • work in partnership with parents, carers, and other professionals to safeguard and promote the welfare of young people
  • work a 37.5 hour weekly contract, 2 on 4 off shift pattern, average 10 shifts per month
  • working with children: 1 year
  • hold a Level 3 Children & Young Peoples Workforce Diploma with social care pathway OR Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare
