Responsibility

  • as Care and Rehabilitation Co-ordinator you will be working in a small residential home for eight adults with acquired brain injuries
  • you will receive on-going training, guidance, and support
  • your work will require you to champion and actively maintain the systematic approach to care and rehabilitation adopted by the organisation
  • you will prepare reports for client reviews
  • your role will demand working with other professional disciplines, research, organising meetings and carrying out assessments
  • at all times you must maintain a professional outlook and effectively realise your role as ambassador for the organisation
  • your position will require regular training/ education which you must undertake at the discretion of the Employer
  • this will require the collaborative development and fastidious monitoring of client’s goal plans with a view to always seeking progress and positive outcomes
