Responsibility
- we are Project 53. A group of bars who pride themselves on quality, customer experience, and most importantly, beer and gin
- we’re looking for a part time person 12-15 hours a week for starters, who has prior training and industry experience to step behind our bar and serve what we hope to be a complete experience
- working to create a truly envious lineup of craft beer, gin and cocktails, we aim to offer our staff an enjoyable, flexible and fun environment; if you’re happy, our customers will be too
- we are looking to expand our team! So we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced bartender to join us. Work alongside people with a passion for great drink and help us build an amazing experience for our customers
- organising the bar area to streamline drink preparation and inventory
- complying with all food and beverage regulations
- satisfying patron requests in a timely manner
- cleaning the bar, tables, chairs, and work area to maintain a sanitary environment
