Requirements
- familiar with and proficient in the use of AutoCAD software
- have a knowledge of Building Services Engineering and the design of mechanical services
- knowledge and experience in the use of IES thermal modelling software, ideal but not essential
- be able to work with Office programmes
- able to communicate with colleagues, engineers, line manager, raising any concerns/queries
- be able to adapt to changing situations in a calm and rational manner and be proactive in finding solutions
- keen to learn and progress within the business
- capable of working on an individual basis or part of a team and be able to manage their own time and workload where appropriate
