  • maintaining a safe living and working environment
  • adhere to all policies and procedures and ensure that these are followed by team members
  • building and maintaining positive relationships with young people and to help increase their self-confidence and self-worth
  • we do this by providing the highest standard of care in our Homes, making sure it is a stable, compassionate and calm environment to allow our young people to feel confident enough to make positive choices
  • to participate in and lead the day-to-day running of the home
  • undertake shift leading duties, taking a lead role in incident response

Requirements

  • candidates should hold the Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare qualification
  • successful candidates must hold a valid driving licence
