Responsibility
skyhigh Children's Services is a 4 bed Children's Home in Wolverhampton
you will work alongside the Director of Services and Responsible Individual
manage the daily running of the children's home
be Ofsted registered or can obtain registration
you must have your own car and hold a full UK driving license
to produce a development plan for the service that ensures the delivery of high quality, clinically informed practice
to implement and work in accordance with of all aspects of the Statement of Purpose for your service
ensure operational and procedural compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures
Requirements

you will have a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services
to develop your career within a supportive organisation
excellent organisational, interpersonal and multitasking skills
experience working within a Deputy or Registered Manager's position

this individual must proactively strive for ongoing improvement within the home, the staff team and themselves
we are looking for an experienced and passionate individual who has a proven track record of providing the highest quality care for the young people as well as providing their staff with a high level of leadership and management
the Registered Manager must have extensive knowledge and understanding of all current regulations related to Residential Childcare and can effectively apply these to the day-to-day running of the home
