Responsibility
- skyhigh Children's Services is a 4 bed Children's Home in Wolverhampton
- you will work alongside the Director of Services and Responsible Individual
- manage the daily running of the children's home
- be Ofsted registered or can obtain registration
- you must have your own car and hold a full UK driving license
- to produce a development plan for the service that ensures the delivery of high quality, clinically informed practice
- to implement and work in accordance with of all aspects of the Statement of Purpose for your service
- ensure operational and procedural compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures
Requirements

- you will have a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services
- to develop your career within a supportive organisation
- excellent organisational, interpersonal and multitasking skills
- experience working within a Deputy or Registered Manager's position

- this individual must proactively strive for ongoing improvement within the home, the staff team and themselves
- we are looking for an experienced and passionate individual who has a proven track record of providing the highest quality care for the young people as well as providing their staff with a high level of leadership and management
- the Registered Manager must have extensive knowledge and understanding of all current regulations related to Residential Childcare and can effectively apply these to the day-to-day running of the home
