Requirements

  • QCF/NVQ level 5 in health and social care
  • minimum of 1 year managerial experience in care provision at a level that reflects the responsibilities of the post applied for
  • you must be dedicated and committed
  • ability to work as part of a team
  • excellent communication skills and time management
  • fantastic presentation skills
  • computer literate and knowledge of software that we will regularly use
  • good knowledge and understanding of care principles

Responsibility

  • you will also oversee staff Rota’s and ensure the home is adequately staffed at all times
