  • organize conference calls for solicitors with clients and interpreters
  • provide regular updates to the solicitors
  • instruct any interpreters required to attend the appointments
  • manage invoices received from interpreters
  • working under instruction form the Solicitor regarding any court orders for further medical evidence within the ordered timeframe i.e. Joint Statements or Part 35 Questions
