- ensuring sales targets are met. Create, develop, and maintain key accounts through regular visits, and over the phone / video meeting
- accompanying our overseas business development managers when travelling around the UK on scheduled weekly business trips
- maintain a detailed technical and commercial knowledge of all Company products and their installation in customer applications
- pro-actively research and identify potential new customers
- carry out site surveys in response to enquiries and requests from customers
- follow up enquiries and quotations to prompt confirmed orders
- predominantly working from the office, the Sales Engineer will be on the road visiting existing and new customers across the country as required to maximise our value to them
- provide technical aftersales support as and when required
