Requirements
- ideally completed a recognised apprenticeship in electronics or electro-mechanical engineering·
- must be educated to a minimum of NVQ / City & Guilds level 3 in a relevant discipline
- must have proven experience within a similar role
- preferred Skills
- ability to read and understand engineering drawings, wiring schedules and circuit diagrams
- proficient in soldering, crimping, lacing and splicing
- competent in the use of electronic test equipment and able to follow complex test specifications
- proficient in fault finding and ability to diagnose in a methodical method involving others when necessary
