Responsibility

  • we are looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk/Assistant Trainee to join our team at Proactive Publications Ltd
  • we are an international media company specialising in business-to-business digital magazines and dealing globally with key decision makers
  • attention to detail and accuracy
  • process incoming sales orders and/or payments and maintain accurate records
  • prepare and send invoices/ estimates/ receipts/ statements
  • follow up on, collect and allocate payments
  • good verbal and written communication skills
  • investigate and resolve discrepancies and customer queries

Requirements

  • prior experience in a credit control or accounts role would be preferable, but full in-house training will be provided
