credit control
Working hours
- part-time
Responsibility
- ensuring our customers invoices are settled within their agreed credit terms
- informing the management team of any customers that are not able to pay within their terms
- due to our continued growth, we have an opportunity for someone to work in a part time capacity and play an important role for our award-winning company as we continue an exciting phase of expansion
- ensuring our customer database is kept up to date to make payment of invoices as smooth as possible
- other ad-hoc admin duties as required
- potential for overtime
Requirements
- we are looking for someone who
- has knowledge of Xero although full training will be given
- is an Excellent communicator
- has the ability to work autonomously
- someone who has meticulous attention to detail
- accounting: 1 year
- credit control: 1 year
