- planning room layouts and agreeing event formats with all stakeholders
- responsible for all delegate management, bookings & client enquiries in relation to your events
- overseeing breakdown of events and venue clearing
- manage event bookings
- post event evaluation including data entry and analysis and producing reports as necessary
