Responsibility
- everyday work includes customer enquiries and desktop support

- server configuration and troubleshooting
- assisting in the operation and management of companies between 5 – 50 users, the ideal candidate will be focused on offering outstanding customer service and have excellent listening skills, combined with superb verbal communication
