Requirements

  • extensive experience of Civil Engineering industry ideally with experience of working in the tarmac/surfacing sector
  • strong personal & organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • strong IT skills with experience of using office software applications
  • good attention to detail
  • to be self-motivated and be able to prioritise and manage workload
  • to be responsive to the needs of internal and external customers and colleagues
  • ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Responsibility

  • liaising & assisting the office manager with daily tasks
  • liaising & assisting with transport manager with their weekly tasks
  • taking orders from operatives and ordering materials from tarmac plants
