Responsibility
responsible for identifying prospective target customers through individual research and business partnership
enter lead information in database and send information package including Program and Ownership
work together with PrivateFly, Flexjet’s sister company, to handle inbound leads and qualify properly in view to upsell prospects to Flexjet
proposal generation and agreement requests
partner with Sales Directors for skill development
maintain CRM database for all contacts and accounts including forecasting
provide ongoing support to new customers
act as an initial point of contact for identified prospects and explain program options and pricing
Education
bachelor's degree from College or university; or previous related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
an enthusiasm for Aviation or Luxury Hospitality is a plus
worldly background
acute understanding of our target audience
proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
Requirements
able to work and adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
must be results oriented and able to obtain a high level of familiarity, quickly, with Flexjets’ unique target audience
strong personal and work ethics along with a high level of integrity
must have the ability to work quickly, calmly, and under pressure while also contributing to team efforts
must be able to travel up to 25% of the time
strong communication skills with the ability to self-motivate, handle multiple tasks, meet established targets, work within critical milestones with a desire to contribute positively to the organization's reputation and success
