Responsibility

  • care worker required for elderly person in their own home
  • duties include meal preparation, personal care, moving and assisting, medication administration, social interaction and domestic duties
  • elderly person has dementia, so an understanding of this would be helpful
  • calls are made up of Day shift and a evening shift Bed call, the evening shift is paid @£15.50ph
  • an up to date DBS is required
  • we have a fantastic small team of carers, therefore we would require you to be flexible, as the days/hours required cover 7 days. The hours we have available can be fixed for specific day and time
  • we also have available hours for housing support and bank staff to cover sickness and holidays, this may suit an experienced carer looking for a few extra hours each week
