- to complete medication rounds- ensuring regular stock checking, auditing takes place
- to complete night medication rounds- ensuring regular stock checking is completed and any issues are communicated to the day team
- updating and auditing of care plans using our electronic care planning system
- attending multidisciplinary meetings such as reviews and actioning any outcomes alongside management
- to maintain communication links with on-call management in an emergency
- supporting management to supervise and mentor the care team
- working alongside the care team to perform all aspects of personal care for the residents, ensuring their physical needs are met
- to be a responsible keyworker
