Responsibility
support the tracking of the delivery of Prism programmes
collate and track performance against agreed KPIs
ensure that all documents produced by the delivery team meet Prism quality standards
provide updates as required to Prism senior leadership on progress of programmes
undertake administrative duties to support the individual programme and the wider team
support the delivery team to adhere to the programme governance structure, both for the client and as part of Prism’s delivery model
ensure that all activities and milestones can be supported by relevant and appropriate evidence, and stored in a suitable format and place
collate, monitor and present relevant programme KPIs and data associated with programme deliverables, acting as key liaison point with business intelligence and client informatics team
Education
educated to degree level or equivalent experience
Requirements
experience of working as part of a programme team to deliver improvements
ability to use your knowledge of project management to shape the delivery of Prism Improvement programmes
experience in working on large-scale improvement programmes
build strong relationships with the delivery team and client teams to ensure progress against deliverables is maintained throughout the programme
experience of working with and engaging a wide range of stakeholders
ability to produce documents that are of a high standard as required to support the progress of deliverables
experience of successful implementation of quality/service improvement projects
ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines and work autonomously as required
