Responsibility
- support the tracking of the delivery of Prism programmes
- collate and track performance against agreed KPIs
- ensure that all documents produced by the delivery team meet Prism quality standards
- provide updates as required to Prism senior leadership on progress of programmes
- undertake administrative duties to support the individual programme and the wider team
- support the delivery team to adhere to the programme governance structure, both for the client and as part of Prism’s delivery model
- ensure that all activities and milestones can be supported by relevant and appropriate evidence, and stored in a suitable format and place
- collate, monitor and present relevant programme KPIs and data associated with programme deliverables, acting as key liaison point with business intelligence and client informatics team
Education
- educated to degree level or equivalent experience
Requirements
- experience of working as part of a programme team to deliver improvements
- ability to use your knowledge of project management to shape the delivery of Prism Improvement programmes
- experience in working on large-scale improvement programmes
- build strong relationships with the delivery team and client teams to ensure progress against deliverables is maintained throughout the programme
- experience of working with and engaging a wide range of stakeholders
- ability to produce documents that are of a high standard as required to support the progress of deliverables
- experience of successful implementation of quality/service improvement projects
- ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines and work autonomously as required
