PRISM IMPROVEMENT is looking for employees for positions:

project manager

Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • support the tracking of the delivery of Prism programmes
  • collate and track performance against agreed KPIs
  • ensure that all documents produced by the delivery team meet Prism quality standards
  • provide updates as required to Prism senior leadership on progress of programmes
  • undertake administrative duties to support the individual programme and the wider team
  • support the delivery team to adhere to the programme governance structure, both for the client and as part of Prism’s delivery model
  • ensure that all activities and milestones can be supported by relevant and appropriate evidence, and stored in a suitable format and place
  • collate, monitor and present relevant programme KPIs and data associated with programme deliverables, acting as key liaison point with business intelligence and client informatics team

Education

  • educated to degree level or equivalent experience

Requirements

  • experience of working as part of a programme team to deliver improvements
  • ability to use your knowledge of project management to shape the delivery of Prism Improvement programmes
  • experience in working on large-scale improvement programmes
  • build strong relationships with the delivery team and client teams to ensure progress against deliverables is maintained throughout the programme
  • experience of working with and engaging a wide range of stakeholders
  • ability to produce documents that are of a high standard as required to support the progress of deliverables
  • experience of successful implementation of quality/service improvement projects
  • ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines and work autonomously as required
