Responsibility

  • dealing with the client from enquiry to completion of the job whilst managing their expectations every step of the way
  • organising and attending site surveys and pre start meetings nationwide
  • delivering projects, on time, to specification and to budget
  • managing key accounts
  • preparing quotations, following up, amending and working with the client until we have a final outcome
  • ensuring margins are met
  • you will be the direct client contact for all matters
  • you will obtain and understand the brief and pass the information through all departments, ie design, operations, manufacture and installation
