- managing the overall financial reporting and control function for the company
- preparation of accurate and timely monthly financial management accounts
- ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations
- developing and managing the budgeting and forecasting process
- as required, carry out the day-to-day activities to support the Finance Assistant
- managing and developing the Finance Team
Requirements
- qualified ACCA or CIMA
- at least 5 years of relevant experience
- strong management reporting experience
- proven relevant accounting experience and technical knowledge
- team player committed to ensuring that the overall team objectives are met
- knowledge of Xero and Microsoft Dynamics would be ideal
- detail-oriented and analytical
- experience to manage teams with the ability to coach and develop skills
